On November 14, Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, met with a delegation led by Chen Yihui, Chairman of China Anneng Construction Group (China Anneng), in Chengdu. During the meeting, she conveyed appreciation for China Aneng's important contributions to emergency response efforts and various other projects in Sichuan. The two sides engaged in discussions focusing on seizing the significant opportunities presented by strategies, including the development of the western region in the new era, the construction of a national strategic hinterland, and the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, harnessing China Aneng's expertise in emergency rescue and engineering construction, and on utilizing its prominent position in the emergency industry to drive progress. They exchanged views on various topics, such as enhancing collaboration in establishing a disaster prevention, mitigation, and relief governance system empowered by technological advancements, actively engaging in emergency rescue operations and infrastructure development, fostering the emergency industry to form clusters and strengthen their chains, thereby gathering momentum for growth, upholding safety standards in emergency rescue operations and construction sites, and collaboratively elevating Sichuan's comprehensive capabilities in disaster prevention, mitigation, and relief, as well as promoting its high-quality economic and social development.
